As a service to readers and event organizers, RTM provides this calendar for non-profit, charity, and RTM sponsors' events.
IMPORTANT When you press submit, you're agreeing to these terms
1. Your non-profit, club or charity event will be added when you fill in
the information below and press submit. All events are reviewed and you may be contacted to verify charity status.
2. For-profit events, or those promoting a business, please contact advertising for listing rates. For-profit events do not qualify for free listings unless the business is a current advertiser with RTM (only those whose accounts are in good standing).
3. For liability reasons, the editors can not make changes to the events.
If you make a mistake in your posting, send an e-mail to the editors (no calls, please) and we'll delete your post and you can re-enter the correct information. There will be a several day turnaround, so please be careful and try to enter your information correctly the first time.
4. Please enter your event only once. It takes about 24 hours for the event to be reviewed and posted. If you enter the event at least 2 months in advance of the event it may be included in the corresponding issue of the print version of the magazine.
5. If you are entering a website link, we ask that on your webiste, you list a reciprocal link to http://ridetexas.com
6. We're sorry, but if your event is sponsored by a local motorcycle magazine, we can't list it. Please contact your event sponsor for their plans and methods to publicize the event.
7. This is a free service. RTM is not responsible for the listing contents, information or representations made be you or damages you or others may incur due to your listing, mistakes in your listing or any consequences of being, or not being listed.
